Requirements :
1. Diploma Engineering Trainees (DET) (afterward Jr. Engineer)
2. Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) (afterward Sr. Engineer)

Qualifying Criteria :
1. Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical / Civil
2. Year of passing of Degree– 2019
3. Qualifying % – Candidate who scores minimum 60% aggregate in the Diploma.
(Consider CPI minimum 6.5)
4. Completion Criteria - Diploma must have been completed in 3 Years.
5. Age: Must be < 21 Years

Selection Process :
1. Test- Having technical & aptitude questions
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview
4. Review & Final Selection

CTC / Posting :
1. During a probation period of six months, remuneration would be Rs. 2,10,000 /- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 2,25,000 /- P.A. CTC.
2. This CTC is including the statutory deduction like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.
3. Candidates must be ready to locate to any of the places in India.
4. Company will not provide any accommodation & food at site. DETs need to arrange that for themselves on their own.

Training Period :
Six months of probation period from the date of joining. On successful completion of six months, absorption in the organization and designated as Jr. Engineer (S4 Grade)

1. Qualification – B.E./B.Tech
2. Year of passing of Degree– 2019
3. Qualifying % – Candidate who scores minimum 60% aggregate in the Degree (6.5 CPI)
4. Completion Criteria - Degree must have been completed in 4 Years. In case of Diploma joining to Degree as a lateral entry, then Degree must have been completed in 3 Years.
5. Age: Must be < 23 Years

Selection Process :
1. Pre – Placement talk - All qualifying candidates can assemble for campus talk to know about Adani
2. Online Test- Having technical & aptitude questions
3. Group Discussion
4. Personal Interview
5. Review & Final Selection

CTC / Posting :
1. During probation period of six months, remuneration would be Rs. 4,10,000 /- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 4,40,000 /- P.A. CTC.
2. This CTC is including the statutory deduction like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.

4. Company will not provide any accommodation & food at site. GETs need to arrange that for themselves on their own.

Training Period :
