->There will be Service Agreement for 25 months of employment.
->Their first month will be Probation Period, there will be no salary in the first month.
->After probation period their starting salary will be 10K per month plus they will get up to 5K bonus every month depending upon their performance.
There will be a yearly increment, the First increment will be in between 20% to 50% on their base salary, plus they will get up to 5K bonus every month depending upon their performance.
->They need to submit their Original Education certificate and a cheque of 250K to company as security, but the company will not deposit their cheque but will kept it for security purpose, that they will not leave company in between bond period, and if they left company in between then they need to pay that security cheque amount. Once they complete their bond period and if do not wish to continue ahead then they can leave and they will get their education certificate and cheque back.
->Employees first salary will be kept by the company and they will get that after increment month, Employees first salary after increment will be kept by the company and they will get their first salary back at that time. Once they complete company's exit policy they will get deposited salary.
->We have 8:30 working hours at company, Time starts from 9:30 am.
->Employees will get 12 paid leaves every year, and 2nd & 4th Saturday will be holiday plus their will 9 to 10 public holidays.
