EON Meditech Pvt Ltd is a premier organization from Gujarat, India devoted in the development and manufacture of Surgical Implants and Instruments.

Terms & conditions:
1. Candidate serve the company for minimum commitment period of 2 Year from the date of joining. The service can be terminated by candidate side by giving 45 days notice after the fulfillment of commitment period.
2. Before Joining Company, candidates must submit their documents, identity proof & address proof to enter in to a legal contract with M/s. EON MEDITECH PVT. Ltd. It will be returned after the fulfillment of commitment period.
3. If candidates decide not to join EON MEDITECH PVT. LTD. by said joining date, he/she will have to pay amount equal to one salary to company. Candidate’s documents will be returned only after receipt of the same.
4. Initially, candidates will be put under paid probation for 3 months from the date of joining. Failing to impress or perform during the probation period will result in termination of services from the company without bearing any prior notice period. After probation period during the training or employment, the service can be terminated by company side by giving 15 days
Notice.

JD OF PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspects, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Accept or reject finished item.
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Discussion inspection results with those responsible for products.
• Report inspection and test data.
• Provide training and support to QA team.
• Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
• Attempts repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.

JD OF MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
• Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
• Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
• Prepare weekly report for self-evaluation.


JD OF EMAIL/BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
